I opened my Greenwich Village, Manhattan based catering business in 1995 after attending NY Restaurant School, but I truly learned to indulge clients with great cuisine having cooked at notable restaurants in Northern California and with chefs at the leading edge of the NYC Bistro movement.
As a world traveler I love to learn about, and explore local cuisines, bringing a broad range of dishes to clients’ palates.
With a background in fine art (Art Students League of NY, and Barnard College), and a deep knowledge of food,
I present each menu as an artistic expression.
I take great pride in preparing flavorful food while presenting it uniquely and beautifully.
